Nurses that work in Glendora Digestive Disease Institute are very nice and friendly. The place is very clean. After the procedure, they give you time to recover and the doctor will see and talk to you for the results of the procedure. They help you out until you are ready to be discharged. They make sure you’re ok to go and someone will assist you out in a wheelchair to the parking lot where your being pickup by your driver.

Overcharged, paid $907.00 at the time of the procedure to find out later after my insurance company sent me an EOB (explanation of benefits) that I should have only paid $352.00. Reached out to them repeatedly leaving 2 voicemails and no one has returned my calls nor my money. If you go there, do not pay up front, have them bill you and then pay only what your insurance did not. Everything else and everyone else were fine.
